- Psychological testing and evaluation to ensure that prospective applicants are psychologically and emotionally fit to tackle overseas employment
- Profiling and classification of applicants to determine their job efficiency and capability of work
- Documentation and validation of all documents/credentials of applicants to assure genuineness and authenticity of all their documents
- Comprehensive medical/diagnostic tests to ensure that all applicants hired are physically fit to perform their job responsibilities in accordance to the employers’ requirements
- Conducts necessary training/trade testing for applicants whenever applicable and as required by the employer
- Facilitation of visas, airline ticket and other government permits (POEA, PDOS) necessary for the deployment of overseas workers
- Pre-departure briefing and deployment of worker to the airport terminal for departure to his/her final destination of work
- Post-departure services to ensure that both employer and employee are in excellent condition
